Summers Continuum

Today was the HOTTEST day this year... and don`t we know it!! I stayed in most of the day cleaning out beads, photographing beads, uploading piccies of beads, sorting, packing orders etc etc! Faaaar too hot for me! :)

Just thought I`d show you a few piccies. I know it`s late, but I`ve had a really good day... I don`t want it to end. I have realised, even if I`m busy with the beads it doesn`t compare to the stressed feeling I was getting in full time employment. Even though I work ten times more hours a week! Ah well, I don`t know what I would do without my beadies to keep me occupied, I really don`t.

Sleep tight,

I`ve been sooooo busy over the past few days, I`ve allowed myself the afternoon off. I`ve been for a stroll with my Sister, her new baby and my Brother. We saw some cygnets on the lake... sooo cute. As for the Goldfinches in the garden, I just can`t keep up with them! I have to fill the feeder everyday!! This could get expensive!!

A few beads sets I have made over the past few days - hope you like them!

Wednesdays beadies....

Happy Wednesday!

Are you having a good day? It`s pretty damp and miserable here, however, that is not going to stop me making my beadies!

A few beads to show you... see what you think.

Oh yes - I bought a Niger seed feeder for the Gold finches the other day.... only took them a day to find it! now when I look out of the contervatory I can see them feeding :) a Red Kite flew over the house, a Great Tit and his babies came to the bird table, Coal tits, blackbirds, and the usual sparrows were out in force! I`m so lucky to have them visit.

Love,

Mosaic Beads - so excited to show you...

I am so excited to show you what fell off my mandrel this weekend! I never in a million years thought I could produce anything like these beads.
Even I think they are beautiful...

So I decided to make a pair to try out my new technique in a different reactive silver glass.

Oh yes.... and not forgetting the anemones!!

Thankyou for looking,
